Suite Travel Club ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at suitetravelclub.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the terms below.

1. Information we collect

• Account info. Your email address and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Trip inputs. The travel plans, destinations, dates, and preferences you type into the chat — we send these to our AI provider so it can build itineraries for you.
• Usage data. Aggregate counts of API calls, token usage, and credit balances. We use this to bill correctly and to debug.
• Payment info. If you top up credits, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all card data and sends us only a confirmation token.
• Cookies / session storage. We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service — generate itineraries, search flights, render booking links.
• To process payments and maintain your credit balance.
• To improve the Service (debugging, performance, security).
• To communicate with you about your account if you contact us.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Third-party services we rely on

To operate the Service we share necessary data with a small set of processors:

• Anthropic — receives your chat messages so its Claude model can respond. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Stripe — handles payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• seats.aero — receives flight search parameters (origin, destination, dates) to return award availability.
• Render — hosts the application servers.

4. Affiliate links

Suite Travel Club participates in affiliate programs with travel brands including (but not limited to) Booking.com, Expedia, Viator, GetYourGuide, Skyscanner, and various credit-card issuers. When you click an outbound link to one of these partners and complete a qualifying purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate participation never influences which providers our AI recommends — recommendations are based on fit, price, and availability.

5. Data retention

We keep your account record and chat history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing legal@suitetravelclub.com — we will remove your account and all stored history within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS for all traffic, hashed passwords (pbkdf2:sha256), and a small access list for administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify affected users in the event of a breach.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email on file or a prominent notice on the site.
