Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Suite Travel Club (the "Service"), operated by Joshua Finlayson. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Suite Travel Club is an AI-powered travel concierge that helps you research flights, build itineraries, and surface hotel/activity recommendations. Information shown is generated by AI and aggregated from third-party sources — it is informational only, may contain errors, and is not a substitute for verifying bookings, prices, visa requirements, or travel advisories directly with the relevant provider or government source.

2. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email and choose a password of at least six characters. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. New accounts require an invite code during the early-access period.

3. Credits and payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based model. Each chat turn deducts credits based on the AI compute it consumes.
• New accounts receive a starter credit balance as a free trial.
• Additional credits can be purchased through Stripe via in-app top-up.
• Credits are non-refundable once added to your account, except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change with notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any third party's rights.
• Attempt to bypass the paywall, abuse the AI to generate harmful or deceptive content, or scrape the Service at scale.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links on Suite Travel Club are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission when you book or sign up through them, at no additional cost to you. Our AI recommendations are not biased by commission rates — we recommend what fits your trip and disclose affiliate relationships transparently. 6. No travel agency relationship

Suite Travel Club is a software tool, not a travel agency or tour operator. We do not sell flights, hotels, or insurance directly. When you click an outbound link, you transact with the third-party provider under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the conduct, pricing, cancellations, or service quality of those providers.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses large language models to produce text and HTML. AI output can be inaccurate, outdated, or fabricated. Always confirm:

• Flight availability and award seats on the airline / loyalty program website before transferring points.
• Hotel availability and rates on the booking site directly.
• Visa, health, and entry requirements on official government sources.

We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suite Travel Club and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that abuse the Service. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of your operator's residence, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
